7,33,250 units bonus shares of Synergy Power Development Limited (SPDL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The 15th AGM of the company held on Bhadra 18, 2078, i.e. September 03, 2021 endorsed the dividend proposed for the fiscal year 2077/78: 10% bonus shares worth over Rs. 7.33 crores and 0.5263% cash dividend worth over Rs. 38.59 lakhs.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
