Bonus Shares of Swabhimaan Laghubitta (SMFBS) Now Deposited to Demat Accounts; Shares Already Listed in NEPSE

Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has distributed 20% bonus shares directly to Demat accounts of its shareholders.
Swabhimaan Laghubitta convened its 4th AGM for the FY 2076/77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Santosh Narayan Shrestha on Falgun 13, 2077. The AGM endorsed the proposal to provide 20% bonus shares and 1.05% cash dividend for taxation purposes. This is the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The same bonus shares are now deposited. Note that the aforementioned bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE. While writing this, the LTP of SMFBS stands at Rs. 2,554.
