Bonus shares of ICFC Finance and Ganapati Laghubitta listed on NEPSE; 5.15 Lakh units made tradeable

Nepal Stock exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published notice regarding listing of bonus shares of ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) and Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GMFBS).

As per the notice, 443,296 Units Bonus Shares of ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) has been listed on the stock exchange. The finance company had distributed 5% bonus shares and 8% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 75/76.

Similarly, 72,450 Units Bonus Shares of Ganapati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GMFBS) has been listed on the stock exchange. The company had distributed 7% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 75/76.

A total of 515,746 units of bonus shares have been made tradeable on the secondary market.
