Bonus and right shares of Purnima Bikas Bank, Goodwill Finance and Arun Valley Hydropower listed in NEPSE; 10.33 lakh promoter shares of Apex Dev Bank converted to public

Nepal Stock Exchange has listed 26.92 lakh units bonus and right shares of three companies today for trading. Shareholders holding shares of these companies can now sell their shares. Listing of bonus share of Arun Valley Hydropower Company Ltd. 7,76,090 units bonus shares of Arun valley Hydropower Company Ltd. has been listed for trading. Listing of right share of Purnima Bikas Bank Ltd. 10,08,543.59 units right share of Purnima Bikas Bank Ltd. has been listed for trading. Listing of bonus share of Goodwill Finance Ltd. 9,07,500 units bonus share of Goodwill Finance Ltd. has been listed for trading. Conversion of shares of Apex Development Bank Ltd. Similarly, Apex Development Bank has converted 10.33 Lakhs promoter shares to public. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, 10,33,615.68 units promoter shares of Apex Development Bank have been converted to public shares, bringing the promoter-public shareholding ratio to 51:49.
