Bishal Bazar Company appoints Prabhu Capital as share registrar

Bishal Bazar Company has appointed Prabhu Capital as its share registrar.

The agreement was signed between MD of Bishal Bazar Company Mr. Gagan Bahadur B.K. and Chief Operating Officer of Prabhu Capital Mr. Basu Thapaliya amid a program.

Following the agreement, the merchant banker will now maintain a record of all share transactions, renew/block/transfer ownership of the shareholders, update the shareholder details, etc of the life insurance company, as per the media statement.
