The auctioned promoter shares of Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) have been allotted to bidders.
The company auctioned its 17,59,621 units of promoter shares from 28th Falgun. The auction concluded on 13th Chaitra, 2077. Civil Capital Market Limited was appointed the auction manager.
The allotment concluded on 23rd Chaitra. According to the auction manager, Rs. 105 is the cut-off price for the auction. Thus, bidders who bid at or above the cut-off price have been allotted. Also, all the auctioned shares have been allotted in their entirety.
The company has begun refunding non-allottees from Chaitra 25.
