Best Finance and Synergy Finance postpone their AGM to Chaitra 24 from Chaitra 14

Best Finance Company Limited (BFC) has published a notice informing the shareholders about the change in the date of its 21^st AGM to Chaitra 24, 2074 from Chaitra 14, 2074. The finance company had announced its AGM to be held on Chaitra 14, 2074 previously, but due to some technical difficulties, the 444^th board meeting of the company has postponed the AGM on Chaitra 24, 2074. The meeting will be held in the premises of Union House Pvt. Ltd.from 11 AM as notified before. Similarly, Synergy Finance Limited (SYFL) has also published a notice regarding the postponement in the 19^th AGM of the company. The company had announced its AGM to be held on Chaitra 14, 2074. But as per the notice, due to some technical difficulties the meeting will be convened on Chaitra 24, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Siddhartha Cottage, MilanChowk Butwal at 11 AM.
