Bearish trend continues; Market dwindles by 39.12 points to close at 1694.81 points with turnover of Rs 1.19 arba

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down by 39.12 points or 2.26% to close at 1694.81 points. Nepse Index opened at 1734.54 points and was seen in downward trend. 1,306,817 unit shares of Laxmi Value Fund-1 and 1, 00,734 unit shares of Siddhartha Development Bank Limited were traded more today. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1.19 arba, where more than 24.17 lakhs unit shares were traded through 6,641 transactions. Sensitive index and float index went down by 8.38 and 2.84 points respectively. All the sectors at Nepse landed on red.  Insurance sector declines by 234.28 points.
