Barun Hydropower 12th AGM on Poush 23; Reported net loss of Rs 97.17 lakh in Q1

Barun Hydropower Company Limited (BARUN) will be convening its 12^thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 23, 2072. The AGM will be held at Nepal Police Club, Bhrikutimandap,Kathmandu. The main agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to elect 2 BOD members from public shareholders group. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Poush 2, 2072 till Poush 23, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Barun Hydropower had reported net loss of Rs. 97.17 lakh in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. At present BARUN has a paid up capital of Rs24.30 crore.
