Bank of Kathmandu wins international tribunal case; to receive millions of counter-guarantees fund back from Chinese parties in Melamchi project construction
Bank of Kathmandu has won an international tribunal case of counter-guarantee that amounts to USD 66,25,010 and Euro 1,411,453 from China Railway and China Construction Bank who were the Chinese parties during the construction of the Melamchi Drinking Water Project.
