Bank of Kathmandu Limited to provide free ASBA service

As authorized by the Security Board of Nepal (SEBON), Bank of Kathmandu Ltd. has been providing ASBA (Applications Supported by Blocked Amount) service to its customers. Previously, the bank has been charging its customers Rs 100 for each application. The charge has been waived and now the ASBA service is accessible from all bank branches free of cost. Customers having account in BOKL can now apply for public issues (IPO/FPO) for free of cost from all branches of BOKL. Issuing a press statement, the bank said that this arrangement shall facilitate and motivate the small investors and overall bank customers.
