Bank of Kathmandu appoints Mr. Shovan Dev Pant a veteran Banker as its new CEO
As per the press released sent by the Bank of Kathmandu today, after board of director meeting the commercial bank has appointed its new Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) as Mr. Shovan Dev Pant for tenure of 4 years.
Mr. Pant was also the CEO of Lumbini Bank which was later merged with Bank of Kathmandu. In his career span of more than 30 years in banking sector of Nepal which was initially started from Nabil Bank and rising through the ranks became the CEO of the commercial Bank. Nepal Rastra Bank had appointment him in the management of Nepal Bank Limited. He was also the CEO of Nepal Bangladesh Bank. Mr. Pant, a veteran banker will officially join Bank of Kathmandu as CEO from next Sunday (Bhadra 4,2074).
