Banijaya Bank to maintain salary accounts of employees of NRIC; To extend mortgage free affordable loans of upto 15 lakhs to reinsurance’s employees

Rastriya Banijaya Bank and Nepal Reinsurance company have inked an agreement to maintain the salary accounts of the NRIC’s employees and to extend special employee benefits loan facilities to the staff members.

The MoU was signed between CEO of the bank Mr. Kiran Kumar Shrestha and CEO of the reinsurance company Mr. Sankar Kumar Rayamajhi amid a program, as per the media statement.

With the agreement, the bank after receiving recommendation from the company will provide loan facility by adding 2% premium in the base rate to the employees of the reinsurance company apart from handling their salary account, as per the media statement.

The Bank currently serves with its 258 branches, 245 ATM outlets, 43 extension counters and 98 branchless banking units under its network.
