Auction Open From Today; Re-Auction of 79,873 unit Promoter Shares of NMFBS to the General Public
The existing promoters of National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) are re-auctioning 79,873 unit promoter shares to the general public from today i.e 16th Shrawan and will conclude on 22nd Shrawan, 2079.
79,873 unit promoter shares will be auctioned. Earlier, the company had auctioned the same unit promoter shares from Baisakh 29 to Ashad 1. Since no bids were received in the auction, therefore the company is re-auctioning the 79,873 unit shares to the general public from today.
Rs. 750 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. While the minimum bid quantity for shares is 100 units, there is no upper limit to bid for the shares. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity. Individuals, institutions, and companies are all eligible to bid for the auction.
NIBL Ace Capital Limited is appointed the auction manager. Bids will open at the premises of auction manager on Shrawan 23, starting from 10 am that day. As of writing, the LTP of NMFBS is Rs. 2,402.30.
