Auction Open From Today: Nepal Finance Re-Auctioning 11.16 Lakhs Promoter Shares
Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) is re-auctioning its 11,16,616.187 units of unclaimed right shares from today i.e. on 20th Poush and will conclude on 4th Magh, 2079.
11,16,616.187 promoter shares will be auctioned. The company had issued 1:0.70 ratio right shares i.e 34,54,474.275 units to its eligible shareholders from Jestha 06 till Jestha 26, 2079. The unsold right shares were later auctioned from 23rd Shrawan to 6th Bhadra, 2079. Since only 20,100 unit shares were sold, the company is re-auctioning the remaining shares from today.
The existing promoters, the general public, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction.
Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. The minimum bid quantity for the shares is 1000 units. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
