Auction Closing Day of Nepal Finance Limited 11.36 Lakh Promoter and 3.02 Lakh Units Ordinary Shares
Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) is closing the auction of 11,36,716.187 promoter shares and 3,02,696.088 ordinary shares from today.
The company had recently issued 1:0.70 ratio right shares i.e 34,54,474.275 units to its eligible shareholders from Jestha 06 till Jestha 26, 2079. The remaining unsold right shares were being auctioned from 17th Ashad and will conclude today i.e 24th Ashad, 2079.
The existing promoters, general public, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction.
Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. The minimum bid quantity for both the shares is 100 units. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
