Asian life auctioning ordinary right share and Promoter right share from today

Asian Life Insurance Company Limited (ALICL) is auctioning its ordinary right shares and Promoter right share to general public from today.

As per a notice published by the insurance company today, it will be selling 8,537 units of ordinary right share and 6,075 units Promoter right shares.

The auction starts from Ashad 10 (today) and will last till Ashad 16.

Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100.

Civil Capital Market limited is the issue manager for this auction.

Asian Life Insurance has posted net profit of Rs.15.62 million in its third quarter company analysis of the fiscal year 2071/72.

The last traded price of Asian Life Insurance stood at Rs 960 on June 24.
