Arun Valley Hydropower to convene AGM on Poush 23; Agenda to approve 7% bonus

Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company (AHPC) will be convening its 22nd Annual general meeting on Poush 23, 2076 at Maitri Hall, Indreni Foodland, New-baneswor, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.
The Board Meeting held on Mangsir 22, 2076 has decided on the following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman on behalf of Board.
- Approval of audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- Approval of 7% bonus shares and 0.37 cash dividend for tax purpose.
