Arun Valley Hydropower proposes 7% bonus and 0.37% cash dividend

Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company (AHPC) has proposed 7.37% dividend for its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.
The dividend breakdown is:
Bonus shares: 7%
Cash dividend: 0.37% for tax purpose
The proposal is subject to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM.
