Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Proposes 8.421% Dividend; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited (AHPC) has proposed an 8.421% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 01 has proposed an 8% bonus share and 0.421% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 3.84 Arba. The cash dividend includes the tax amount for the bonus shares.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's upcoming 28th AGM.

As of writing, AHPC has an LTP of Rs. 282.24.
