Arun Kabeli reports net loss of Rs 38.32 lakh in Q4; Net worth per share at Rs 99.01

Arun Kabeli Power Limited (AKPL) has reported net loss of 38.32 lakh in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2073/74 compared to loss of Rs 55.78 lakh in the corresponding quarter of previous year.
As per the unaudited report published by the hydropower company today, AKPL made an expenses of Rs 3.83 lakh, declining from Rs 26.19 lakh in the corresponding quarter. Likewise, its net current assets has dropped to Rs 14.31 crore in the Q4 from Rs 38.92 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal year.
The company’s operating profit is still in loss of Rs 3.83 lakh in Q4 up from Rs 16.04 lakh in the corresponding quarter of previous year.
Its reserve fund is in negative of Rs 1.49 crore from Rs 1.12 crore in Q4.AKPL’s share capital stand at Rs 1.50 arba.
Arun Kabeli’s net worth per share is at Rs 99.01. The hydropower company had floated 30, 00,000 unit shares worth Rs 30 crore as part of its IPO shares. It is constructing a 25 MW Kabeli B-1 hydropower plant located in the border of Panchthar and Taplejung district. The project is supposed to complete this year and the electricity generated from the plant will be connected to the national grid by Ashwin 2074.
