Arun Finance auctioning unclaimed 3.06 lakh unit shares at Rs 100 & above from Kartik 14; LTP at Rs 163

Arun Finance Limited (ARUN) is auctioning its unclaimed 3,06,233 unit right shares to the general public from Kartik 14, 2074. The finance company is selling 1,25,347 unit ordinary shares and 1,80,886 unit promoter shares after the right shares issued on Bhadra 6, 2074 were not fully subscribed by its shareholders. ARUN had offered right shares in the ratio of 1:1. Around 20% shares are unsubscribed. The auction will last till Kartik 22, 2074. The bid will open to conclude the auction on Kartik 24, 2074 at 11 AM. Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. Interested bidders must bid for a minimum of 100 units of shares and the shares applied for should be a multiple of 10. Global IME Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction. The finance company has urged interested bidders to submit their bids within banking hour till Kartik 22, 2074 at Global IME Capital Markets Limited, Jamal, Kathmandu. The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account number 0124524616705013 maintained in the name of GICL-ARUN RIGTH BTI 2074 at Kumari Bank, Putalisadak. Arun Finance Limited has earned Rs 1.46 crore profit in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. Its LTP stood at Rs 163 as of last trading day.
