International Development Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2071-12-26 that the 5th Annual General Meeting of the company held on 2071-12-18 has elected six new Directors: Mr. Madhav Prasad Bhatta, Mr.Surendra Kumar Pokharel, Mr. Pitambar Gaire, Mr. Parshuram Karki, Mr.Niranjan Kumar Sahu and Mr.Rajendra Kumar Ghishing from Promoter Shareholders side.
