Appointment of Directors in Siddhartha Finance Ltd.
Siddhartha Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2072-03-29 that the 19th AGM of the company held on 2072-03-26 has elected Mr. Ramesh Kumar Agrawal, Mr. Dhruba Kumar Shrestha, Mr. Ram Gopal Goyanka and Mr. Madhav Lal Shrestha from group A shareholders and Mr. Arun Kumar Goyanka and Mr. Binod Kumar Agrawal from group B shareholders as the directors of the company, and the BOD meeting of the company held on same date appointed Mr. Ramesh Kumar Agrawal as the chairperson of the company.
