Kabeli Bikas Bank Ltd. has infromed NEPSE on 2072-04-10 that the BOD Meeting of the company held on 2072-03-25 has appointed Mr. Sailendra Bade Shrestha as a new Company Secretary of the company effective from 2072-04-01.
