Api Power Company invites EOI for construction of 18MW solar projects

Api Power Company Limited (API) is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested and eligible companies to procure engineering and design services for construction and operation of 8 grid-connected solar projects at various locations in Nepal. Api Power Company is looking to construct a total of 8 grid-connected solar photovoltaic power projects with a total capacity of 18 MW.
The company is seeking services regarding detailed engineering and design, finalization of key equipment, vendor finalization, logistics managements, formation of Bill of Materials, and all civil works. The hired firm will also complete civil works at the site, DC side electrical works, all AC side civil and electrical works including construction of substation and laying of transmission line among others.
API’s Special General Meeting held on Chaitra 28, 2073 has endorsed right shares worth Rs 2.10 arba, out of which Rs 1.10 arba will be used to develop these solar power projects.
Api Power Company Pvt. Ltd was established in 19th June, 2003 and was converted into a Public Limited company on 21st July, 2013. The main objective of the company is to generate electricity through utilization of water and renewable resources abundantly available in the country in solving the country’s everlasting energy crisis.
