Api Power 13th AGM on Bhadra 18;  to endorse 5% stock dividend

Api Power Company Limited (API) will be convening its 13^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 18, 2073.  The AGM is going to be held at Trade Tower Business Center, Thapathali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agenda of the AGM is to endorse 5 percent bonus share from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2072/73. Other agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2072/73 and appointment of auditor. The register of their shareholders has been close from Bhadra 1, 2073 till Bhadra 18, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date, i.e. Shrawan 32 is eligible for the bonus shares. Api Power has earned net profit of Rs 8.08 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 1 arba. After distributing 5 percent bonus share its paid up capital will reach to Rs. 1.05 arba.
