Ankhukhola Hydropower Calls its 13th and 14th AGM on Ashadh 12 With These Agendas

Ankhukhola Hydropower Company Limited (AKJCL) has called its 13th and 14th AGM on 12th Ashadh 2079. The meeting will be held in Arpan Banquet, Naya Baneshwor, Kathmandu starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas:
1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2076/77 and 2077/78.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports of FY 2076/77 and 2077/78.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
4) Election of 1 female board members from public shareholders and 4 from promoters.
5) Misc.
Similarly, the trading of the company will remain closed for one day i.e Jestha 27, 2079. Therefore those shareholders who hold the shares of the company upto Jestha 26 will be able to participate on AGM.
