All bidders allotted promoter shares of RMDC auctioned by Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank; around 58,900 units still not subscribed

Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank Limited (NGBBL) had auctioned 87,564.74 units promoter shares of Rural Microfinance Development Centre (RMDC) from Bhadra 15, 2074 till Bhadra 23, 2074 to promoters as well as general public.
An official of NMB Capital Limited, which managed the auction, informed that only 12 applicants bid for around 28,600 units promoter shares of RMDC Microfinance. All the applicants grabbed the shares. The minimum bid price received was Rs 401 while maximum bid price received was Rs 415.
Around 58,900 units promoter shares of RMDC were not subscribed and the company will further publish notice for re-auction.
Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank has earned net profit of Rs 16.14 crore in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74. It has been issuing 9,75,000 units FPO shares for Rs 100 per unit from Bhadra 27 to Bhadra 30, 2074.
