Agricultural Development Bank announces dividend for FY 75/76; to endorse 6% bonus shares and 24% cash dividend

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend decision of Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL).
The 787th BOD meeting of the bank has decided to distribute 6% bonus shares and 24% cash dividend (including tax) for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76. The bank will also issue 6% cash dividend to its irredeemable preference shareholders which is totally hold by Nepal Government.
This decision is subject to approval from NRB after which it will be endorsed in the upcoming AGM of the company.
