AGM completed 3 months ago but Nepal Life Insurance's bonus shares not listed yet; Officials say listing will happen by next week

Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC) had endorsed a total of 48.5% dividend to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2074/75. The endorsement included 25% bonus shares and 23.5% cash dividend.
The 19th Annual General Meeting of NLIC was held on Jestha 04, 2076 and in that meeting the dividend had been approved. However, the endorsed bonus shares have not been listed yet.
According to the officials at NLIC, the shares will be listed by next week. They stated that the delay had been caused due to late approval from some institutions.
