Aarambha Microfinance extends branches in Khurkot & Sukute; IPO to be floated soon

Aarambha Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has extended its branch offices in Khurkot, Sindhuli and Sukute, Sindhupalchowk from today (Bhadra 1, 2073). The microfinance has managed to extend its work station in 10 districts of the country. With two new branches the number of branches has reached to 13. Issuing a press statement it stated that the company is planning to float Initial Public Offering ( IPO) for general publics. The microfinance has further applied at Nepal Rastra Bank to extend more branch offices in five additional districts. The microfinance company is going to conduct Special General Meeting (SGM) on 18 Bhadra, 2073 to increase its capital. After capital increment, its issued capital will reach to Rs 4 crore and paid up capital will reach to Rs 2.04 crore.
