9% cash dividend for the shareholders of Manjushree Finance; Dividend to be distributed after approval from NRB and AGM

Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) has announced 9% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the finance company has proposed 9% cash dividend worth Rs 7.23 crore for its shareholders.
The finance company will distribute the cash dividend after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the bank.
MFIL had announced 5.71% bonus share for its shareholders in the FY 2073/74. In the fiscal year 2074/75, the company had earned net profit of Rs 9.70 crore.
