7th Annual General Meeting of Emerging Nepal to be Held on Poush 28

In accordance with the decision of the 72nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Emerging Nepal Limited (ENL) held on Poush 3, 2079, the seventh annual general meeting of the company will be held at the following time and place to discuss and decide on the following proposal.
Date of the meeting: 28th Poush 2079, Thursday.
Location: Baneshwar Banquet Thapagaon, New Baneshwar, Kathmandu.
Time: 11:00 AM.
- To discuss and approve the annual report of the board of directors for the financial year 2078/79.
- Approving the consolidated financial statement of this ENL's subsidiary company "Hotel Alice the Wonder Inn Ltd." including the financial statement of FY 2078/79.

Also, the book closure date of the AGM is on Poush 13. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend this AGM.
