Over 63.10 lakh units bonus and right shares of Surya Life Insurance, Reliable Development Bank, Deprosc Development Bank and Bhargav Bikas Bank have been listed in NEPSE today. Likewise, 38.45 lakh units promoter shares of Excel Development Bank have been converted to ordinary shares. Listing of bonus shares of Surya Life Insurance Co. Ltd. 3,12,500 units Bonus Shares of Surya Life Insurance Co. Ltd. has been listed. The company has listed 5% bonus share for FY 2071/72. Listing of bonus shares of Reliable Development Bank Ltd. 22,18,888.22 units Bonus Shares of Reliable Development Bank Ltd. has been listed. The bank has listed 28.14% bonus share for FY 2072/73. Listing of rights shares of Deprosc Development Bank Ltd. 25,79,238.45 units Rights Shares of Deprosc Development Bank Ltd. has been listed. The microfinance has listed 100% right shares floated from Chaitra 7, 2073 to Baisakh 25, 2074 (including the auctioned unclaimed right shares). Listing of rights shares of Bhargav Bikas Bank Ltd. 12,00,000 units Rights Shares of Bhargav Bikas Bank Ltd. has been listed. The bank has listed 100% right shares issued from Falgun 24 to Chaitra 28, 2073 (including the unclaimed right shares auctioned from Jestha 26 to Asadh 2, 2074). Conversion of promoter shares of Excel Development Bank Ltd. NEPSE has decided to convert 38,45,625 units promoter shares of Excel Development Bank Ltd. making the promoter to public share ratio of the company 51:49.
