60% right shares of Srijana Finance Limited receive final approval from SEBON; shares worth Rs.27.64 Crore to be issued

Srijana Finance Limited (SFFIL)'s 60% right shares has been approved by Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) in the latest list of right shares approved.

The company will be floating 60% rights i.e. 27 lakh 64 thousand 692 unit shares worth Rs 27.64 Crore for the existing shareholders of the company.

Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue.

According to the unaudited financial report published by the finance company for the fourth quarter, its net profit has increased to Rs 15.73 crore in fourth quarter from net profit of Rs 12.11 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year 2074/75, increasing by almost 30%. Its paid up capital and reserves stand at Rs 46.08 crore and Rs 25.98 crore respectively.
