4,72,267.0368 units bonus shares of Saptakoshi Development Bank Limited (SAPDBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The 12th AGM of the company held on Ashad 21 had approved of distributing the 6% of existing paid-up capital as a bonus dividend to its shareholders. It amounts to Rs. 4,72,26,703.68.
SAPDBL's existing paid-up capital is Rs 83.43 crore and it earns a net profit of Rs 3.29 crore till end of Q4 of FY 2076/77.
