Cut-off price for 1.71 lakh units promoter shares of Hamro Bikas Bank stood at Rs 100; 80,770.76 units shares still not subscribed

Hamro Bikas Bank Limited (HAMRO) had auctioned 171,341.76 units promoter shares from Shrawan 31 to Bhadra 6, 2074. The bids were opened on Bhadra 7 at NIBL Capital Markets Limited, Lazimpat at 3 PM. As per official of NIBL Capital, which managed the auction for Hamro Bikas Bank informed that the cutoff price for promoter auctioned shares stood at Rs 100. The highest bid amount received was Rs 151. Total 37 applicants have submitted bid  and all of the applicants are allotted shares. Only 90,571 units promoter shares were subscribed by the investors still 80770.76 units shares were not subscribed. The company will further publish notice for the re-auction of remaining unsubscribed shares. HAMRO has earned net profit of Rs 4.35 crore in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74.
