3,64,448.35 units bonus shares of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) are now listed in NEPSE.
The company called its 10th AGM on Chaitra 18, i.e. March 31. Among other proposals, the AGM endorsed the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77: a 9.2% bonus shares and 0.48% cash dividend.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. As of writing, the shares of the company have an LTP of Rs. 1,666.
