34 applicants grab auctioned promoter shares of Sindhu Bikas Bank; all bidders allotted

Sindhu Bikas Bank (SINDU) had re-auctioned 5.25 lakh units promoter right shares from Jestha 11 till Jestha 27, 2075. The bids were opened today at 9:00 AM at NIBL Ace Capital Market, Lazimpat.
As per an official of NIBL Ace Capital, there was demand for all 5,35,301.40 units promoter shares from 34 applicants. All 34 applicants were allotted the shares where 1 applicant was fully allotted and the remaining 33 were partially allotted. Highest price of Rs 101.10 per share were received as bids where the cut-off price stood at Rs 100 per share.
After the adjustment of the rights shares, the bank’s total paid-up capital will reach Rs 47.19 crore from the existing Rs 26.21 crore. As per NRB’s directive for all 1-3 district level development banks to increase their paid up capital to a minimum of Rs 50 crore by the end of FY 2073/74, SINDU will need to issue a further capital hike of around 6%.
It had earned Rs 1.81 crore in the third quarter of the FY 2074/75. Its last traded price stood at Rs 132 as of yesterday.
