MetLife Nepal Partners with KIST Hospital for Cashless Treatment

MetLife Nepal has partnered with KIST Medical College & Teaching Hospital to provide cashless hospitalization services to eligible customers covered under its Employee Benefits insurance plans.

With the arrangement, eligible employees and their covered family members can receive treatment at KIST without paying the hospital bill upfront, subject to their insurance policy’s coverage, eligibility and terms. MetLife will settle eligible medical expenses with the hospital through the cashless claims process.

The service is intended to reduce the financial burden at the time of hospital admission and make the insurance claim process simpler for customers.
