3 consecutive circuit break led NEPSE close at 1:14 PM; Index up to 1053.95

Today was the day of circuit breaks in the secondary market as NEPSE index faced 3 consecutive upper circuit break within 90 minutes and close at 1053.95.
Total turnover of the day stood at Rs 34.03 crore where 114 scrips were traded
NEPSE index faced 1st circuit break at 12:16 PM recording surge of 3.01 percent reaching up to the level of 1033.60 where trading was halted for 15 minutes and the trading resumed at 12:31 PM.
Then the benchmark index suffered 2nd circuit break when it surged by 4.04 percent at 12:40 PM. Trading was then halted for 30 minutes and turnover till then was Rs 23.46 crore.
After the trading resumed at 1:10 PM, the local bourse surged by 5.04 percent and faced 3rd circuit break at 1:14 PM which led the trading in secondary market was close for whole day.
SIGS1 was the only scrip whose share price plunged. Out of 114 scrips traded today1 113 scrips gained points.
Share Price of 12 scrips (SRBL, NCCB, PCBL, CBL, HBL, ILFC, PRVU, NICA, CZBIL, JBBL, JBNL, EBLCP) went up by 10 percent facing upper circuit break.
Share Price of 20 companies gained more than 90 percent.
Maximum trading were done of LUBL, BUDBL, PRVU, PCBL, EBL, KBL and NICA.
Banking and Development gained 60.67 and 29.82 points. Insurance and HydroPower went up by 106.98 and 200.34 points
