3.47 crore units right shares of NIC Asia, Laxmi Bank & Mahakali Bikas Bank listed in NEPSE

Nepal Stock Exchange has listed 2.59 crore units right shares of Laxmi Bank, 1.48 lakh units right shares of Mahakali Bikas Bank and 87.29 lakh units right shares of NIC Asia Bank Limited today. Now, the shareholders who had applied for the right shares can sell them after receiving in their demat accounts. Listing of rights shares of Laxmi Bank Ltd. 2,59,03,873 units Rights Shares of Laxmi Bank Ltd. has been listed. This includes 100% right shares floated by the bank from Baisakh 3 to Jestha 7, 2074 (except unclaimed right shares). Listing of rights shares of NIC Asia Bank Ltd. 87,29,475 units Rights Shares of NIC Asia Bank Ltd. has been listed. This includes all right shares issued by the bank from Chaitra 16, 2073 to Baisakh 19, 2074 in the ratio 100:15 (including auctioned shares). Listing of rights shares of Mahakali Bikas Bank Ltd. 1,48,292 units Rights Shares of Mahakali Bikas Bank Ltd. has been listed. This includes the promoter shares of the bank that were auctioned from Chaitra 6 to Chaitra 13, 2071.
