20% bonus shares of Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta listed in NEPSE; Janata Bank also lists 2.27 crore units after acquisition

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed 40,000 units of bonus share of Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (JSLBB) and 2,27,06,681.6 units new shares of Janata Bank Nepal Limited (JBNL) after acquisition of Siddhartha Development Bank Limited (SDBL) today (Shrawan 26, 2074) for trading. Now the investors can sell shares of these companies after receiving in their Demat account. The shares of following companies have been listed in NEPSE for trading: Listing of bonus shares of Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd. 40,000 units bonus shares of Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd. has been listed. JSLLB has distributed 20% bonus shares from the profit it had earned in the year 2072/73. Listing of shares of Janata Bank Nepal Ltd. 2,27,06,681.6 units shares of Janata Bank Nepal Ltd. has been listed after successful acquisition of Siddhartha Development Bank Ltd. (SDBL) in the share swap ratio of 1:1.
