19% of ICFC Finance promoter share get converted into public share

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has decided to covert 19 percent of promoter shares of ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC). As per the notice published on NEPSE yesterday, Nepal Stock Exchange has decided to convert 1052905.72 units promoter shares of ICFC Finance making the promoter public share ratio of the company 51:49. With this promoter to public proportion of ICFC now stands at 51: 49 effective from Falgun 27, 2072 (yesterday). ICFC has earned a net profit of Rs 4.16 crore in its second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
