15% Bonus Shares of National Microfinance Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

8,80,012.46 units of bonus shares of National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 9th AGM on 15th Baisakh and endorsed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The company proposed a 15% bonus dividend worth Rs. 8.80 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79 from the paid-up capital of Rs. 58.66 Crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, NMFBS has an LTP of Rs. 1,265.
