14th AGM of City Express Finance Limited to be held on Poush 29, 2076; book closure on Poush 16, 2076

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the book closure of City Express Finance Limited (CEFL).
As per the notice, the 294th BOD meeting of the company has decided that books of the company will remain closed on Poush 16, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till Poush 15, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the upcoming AGM of the company.
The 14th AGM of the company will be held on Poush 29, 2076 (January 14, 2020).
