12% bonus shares of Surya Life Insurance get listed on NEPSE; 1.35 Million units of shares made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of bonus shares of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL).
As per the notice published, 1,358,280 Units Bonus Share of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited has been listed on the stock exchange. These shares are now freely tradeable in the secondary market.
SLICL had issued 12% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.
