11.36 Lakhs Promoter Shares of Nepal Finance in Re-Auction From Shrawan 23
Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) is re-auctioning its unclaimed right shares from 23rd Shrawan to 6th Bhadra, 2079.
11,36,716.187 promoter shares will be auctioned. The company had issued 1:0.70 ratio right shares i.e 34,54,474.275 units to its eligible shareholders from Jestha 06 till Jestha 26, 2079. The remaining unsold right shares were auctioned from 17th Ashad to 24th Ashad. Since, no bids were received for the promoter shares, the company is re-auctioning the same shares from 23rd Shrawan.
The existing promoters, general public, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction.
Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. The minimum bid quantity for both the shares is 100 units. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the auction manager.
