10th AGM of Sagarmatha Finance conducted; 15.85% bonus and 80% right share approved

  Sagarmatha Finance Limited has successfully conducted its 10^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today . The AGM approved 15.85% bonus share and 10:8 right shares to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in FY 2071/72.. Sagarmatha Finance had earned net profit of Rs. 6.22 crore in third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. The finance company offers varying range of saving accounts. At present the finance company has 10 branch offices. It provides ABBS service, SMS Banking service, ATM service and remittance services.
